What data we process

Browsing data. To run the site, the hosting provider logs technical data such as IP address, date and time of the visit, the page requested and browser type. We do not use it to identify you.

Data you send us. If you contact us through the form, by email, WhatsApp or phone, we process the data you choose to give us: name, company, email, number of employees, phone number and the content of your message.

The contact form stores nothing on the site: it prepares an email that you send from your own email app. The data reaches us only when you send it.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

Replying to your requests and, if you ask, preparing a proposal: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Security and operation of the site: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Legal obligations for tax and accounting, if you become a client (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for profiling or for marketing messages without a specific, separate consent.

How long we keep it

Contact request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request. If a contract follows, for its duration and for the periods required by law. Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider under its own policies.

Who may receive it

Technical providers that help us run the site and communicate with you, acting as processors or independent controllers: the site's hosting service, the email provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose that channel.

To display the typefaces and the 3D element, the site loads resources from Google Fonts (Google) and cdnjs (Cloudflare): your browser shares its IP address with these services.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards in Articles 45 and 46 GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your data is never sold.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@omosupport.com. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Do you have to give us your data?

It is optional, but without a name, company and a way to reach you we cannot reply to your request.
